Tournament Historical Results:Tournament History: In 2018, Archangel Michael, Port Washington joined our line-up of Tournaments. Started by Harry Lascarides, in the recently built Archangel Michael Gymnasium. During the pandemic, Mr. Lascarides passed away, leaving behind an amazing legacy and huge shoes to fill. The Archangel Michael Community stepped up to the plate, continuing the volleyball program that Mr. Lascarides built, and renaming the tournament in his memory. This tournament marks the unofficial start of the season, gathering teams from across the league and getting them back into the volleyball mindset ahead of the first games of the season. It is also a celebration of the life of Mr. Lascarides and a celebration of the fellowship that follows participating in the Archiocese athletic programs.
